Documentary: Life Afterlife

Documentary: Life Afterlife

Sep 10

LIFE AFTERLIFE takes an intriguing look at the eternal question: Is there life after death? And if so, can we communicate with the dead? Through personal stories from everyday people who claim they’ve made contact with deceased friends and relatives, to self-proclaimed mediums, to philosophers and scientists who’ve dedicated their lives to these issues, this film examines the fact and fantasy of the last great frontier. The documentary was produced and directed by Lisa F. Jackson. Executive producers are Linda Ellerbee and Rolfe Tessem. First aired on HBO in October of 1999.

Thank you for tackling this topic in your documentary. I studied Elizabeth Kubler-Ross in college and knew that she was holding open a doorway to heart knowledge and that not everyone would acknowledge her work in a scientific context. My own experiences in contact with those who have passed from this Earth has held me in belief for most of my life and I am very grateful for that. The continuation of life and the integration of all life, if accepted by us, would most likely be the impetus for a future based in loving kindness and peace for all. Thank you!

  2. Hi Suzanne. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts about this. And I couldn’t agree with you more that if people understood more deeply life continues and is completely interconnected that it would naturally lead to “a future based in loving kindness and peace for all”!
