  1. This is sooooo true!
    I’ll be pushing 70 soon and I exercise 5-6 times a week. And all the women who meet me at our gym are “elders” like me and smiling — we’re a very positive group because we keep moving. I want everyone to realize that we only get “old” when we refuse to move. For women in my age group Curves is the best. I just got my one thousand work out t-shirt. I’m on their “circuit training” a half hour three or more times a week and it’s fun. Walking, gardening (not cutting the lawn — I leave that to the “young-uns”) swimming and even biking keep us lean and happy.
